Case study
Two founders, two different problems. One had an X audience of 8K followers, built on his personality, pulling millions of impressions a month, but inbound leads were rare. The other had 400 followers and wasn't sure what to post at all.
A branding studio in the UK working with funded tech startups. Not a solo act: a founder who built a large audience on content, and a co-founder with 12+ years of experience. We ran both of their content.
Two very different problems. One had the reach but no conversion. The other posted inconsistently, “into the void”. No one was interacting or inquiring. The business ran on referrals and one retainer with a $1.5B AI code-review company.
We split the studio into two tracks. One account carried the work and the business: delivered projects, what was their thinking when creating the logo, what was unique about it, revenue growth and their way of running the studio. Everything pointed more towards the studio and everything surrounding it. The other account became all about the craft, because that was his strength and his passion. Process, opinions and education. Everything positioned as educational content so people would follow and interact with their account. Then we positioned them towards the YC community. That was the turning point, and the reason the studio started getting booked calls.
In the first two months, January became their best month on record at $45K. Four months in they doubled their prices and are looking to double their revenue in 2026. They added another retainer, taking the studio to a steady $29K/mo, and across our time working together the studio had 25+ booked calls.
There's definitely been at least north of $40,000 coming into the studio as a result of the content I've been posting. And I know that for a fact.
I feel like I'm mad stressed at the moment and lowkey I don't want any more clients for a while haha 😂 Got two retainers + social hitting $29K a month and then see what happens.
Pick a time that works for you. We'll talk about your studio, your content, and how to get the right clients finding you.
